Culmia is a leading real estate project management platform in Spain whose strategic plan has four pillars: build to sell, build to rent, affordable housing and land management in urban developments.

Since its inception, it has delivered more than 8,000 homes in more than 126 developments. It currently has a portfolio of 12,900 homes: 7,500 are in the development phase in 99 developments, of which 33 are under construction and total 3,400 homes, and another 46 developments, amounting 2,600 homes, are being marketed.

By 2025, it plans to launch 854 new homes on the market. In build to rent, it will deliver 543 homes in 3 developments. And in affordable housing, it will develop around 4,500 homes, of which approximately 1,800 are in operation and a further 3,200 are under development. Culmia also has a portfolio of land in the main urban developments for the development of 6,900 homes, which translates into 0.9 million m² of floor space.
