The promoter Aedas Homes has sold four adjoining commercial premises of its residential development Hevia, in Valencia, to an Aragonese 'family office'.
The acquired assets add up to a total of 1,200 sqm and prior to this operation they had been rented to the Vaillant Saunier Duval Group, a company in the air conditioning sector, which plans to install its commercial delegations for the Vaillant and Saunier Duval brands for the Valencian province. .
The double real estate operation (leasing, first, and subsequent sale) has been advised by the consulting and real estate services company Inmoking.
The Aedas development is made up of a total of 220 homes, twelve commercial premises and 65 offices, and is located in the Nou Campanar neighborhood of the Levantine capital.
