Through its core business, the company develops new-build homes targeting individual customers buying their primary residence, a second home or an investment property, as well as institutional clients who buy turnkey development projects

Through its Real Estate Services division, the company co-invests in and/or provides end-to-end residential development services for Living sector projects: Build-to-Sell (BTS), turnkey Build-to-Rent (BTR), alternative assets and public-private partnership projects for affordable housing.
