The international real estate consultancy Savills has closed the sale process of the property that housed the emblematic flamenco tablao Casa Patas, located on Calle Cañizares 10 in Madrid.
After an orderly and competitive sale process, the asset, with a total constructed area of 1,465 sqm, distributed on the ground floor and three upper floors, as well as a basement, has been acquired by a Spanish asset manager. The property is located in a privileged area of Madrid, stands out for the possibility of developing a residential, hotel or mixed project and has partial protection.
For almost two years, the venue was closed after being for decades a point of reference in the world of Flamenco in Madrid.
