Inbest Socimi (through Corpfin Capital) has sold an asset of more than 600 square metres located in the centre of San Sebastian, specifically at 12 Bergara Street, to an investor from Guipuzcoa.
This asset is the last commercial premises that the socimi had in its portfolio in San Sebastian and represents the completion of a transaction initiated by Corpfin Capital in 2014, when it acquired nearly 4,500 sqm of commercial premises from Kutxabank to reposition them as individualised commercial premises.
Currently, the premises, with a surface area of more than 600 square metres distributed over two commercial floors, is leased to a well-known supermarket brand.
The transaction has been advised by Areizaga Inmobiliaria on the buyer's side and by Aretail on the seller's side.
