Corpfin has today announced the sale of two commercial premises in the center of Madrid. These are the properties located at Calle Arenal, number 19, and Calle Princesa, number 70. The amount of the transaction reaches the figure of 8.6 million euros, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
The operation has been carried out by two of the Corpfin Socimis, Prime Retail II and Prime Retail III; which owned 60% and 40%, respectively. The company directed by Javier Basagoti thus continues its asset divestment plan.
