Metrovacesa has launched the development of Torre Lúmina in Lleida, in the community of Catalonia, a project comprising a total of 261 homes with between one and four bedrooms, representing an estimated investment of €52.9 million.
The residential development, located next to La Llotja and the Parc de la Mitjana, will include 52 units designated for social housing. The development will comprise two 68-metre-high towers to be built in two phases and connected at ground level by a permeable residential plinth.
The project divides its residential offering according to housing type. The private homes will be located in the vertical structures of the towers and will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom options, all equipped with outdoor terraces. Meanwhile, the 52 social housing units will be integrated into the lower plinth of the complex, with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.
In terms of communal facilities, residents will have access to a communal area situated on the ground floor. This space will include landscaped areas, a multi-purpose hall and a 120-sqm swimming pool.
In terms of sustainability, the building design incorporates a range of energy-efficient solutions to minimise the environmental impact and reduce utility consumption. Furthermore, the domestic hot water system will be communal and centralised, supported by a photovoltaic panel installation.
