Hausera has launched a €7.77 million funding round to finance the construction and subsequent sale of 40 tourist apartments in Playa Honda, Cartagena, in the Region of Murcia.
The project, known as Cartagena 15, marks the crowdlending platform’s return to Cartagena after two years without launching a new project in the city where it was founded.
The development will comprise one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a terrace and parking space, as well as a communal swimming pool. The funding has an estimated term of 22 months, while the investment carries a target return of 24%, equivalent to 13.09% on an annualised basis. The minimum investment is €100.
Unlike Hausera’s previous residential projects in Cartagena, the scheme is aimed at the tourist accommodation market, with the apartments intended to be sold to investor buyers.
The project is located close to La Manga, Cabo de Palos and the Calblanque Regional Park, between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Hausera identified limited land availability for new developments in the area as one of the factors supporting the project.
Cartagena 15 represents a significant increase in the size of Hausera’s previous operation in the city. In 2024, the platform raised €700,000 to finance a project in Cartagena.
Since its launch in 2023, Hausera has financed 31 projects across Murcia, Cartagena, San Javier and Los Alcázares, representing close to €60 million and around 400 homes, across completed and ongoing developments. The company has also participated in the recovery of around 20 properties that were either vacant or in a state of deterioration, with more than 7,000 investors participating across its projects.
Hausera expects to add at least two further projects in the Region of Murcia during the final four months of 2026.
