Neinor Homes has completed and handed over Noray, a 106-home residential development in central Laredo, marking the developer’s entry into the Cantabrian market.
Marketed under the Aedas Homes brand, the development is located a short distance from the beach and marina. It comprises one- to four-bedroom apartments, including ground-floor units and penthouses, as well as parking spaces and storage rooms.
Communal amenities include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gym and a community room, while the homes feature terraces and underfloor heating powered by aerothermal technology.
The development has reached completion almost fully sold, with only one three-bedroom, two-bathroom home remaining on the market.
According to Neinor Homes, the proximity to the coast has attracted both primary-residence and second-home buyers, mainly from the Basque Country, Madrid and Cantabria.
Noray is also described by the developer as the first new-build multifamily residential development completed in Laredo in recent years. Its central location provides walking access to the beach, marina and Puebla Vieja, the town’s medieval historic quarter.
Following the completion of Noray, Neinor Homes has another project underway in Cantabria under the Aedas Homes brand. Galdia, located in Santander’s El Sardinero district, has been on the market for almost a year.
