Gestilar starts construction of its second residential project in Lisbon. Residences Monsanto will be completed in 2027, located in Ribeira do Algés, overlooking the Miraflores Urban Park, the Monsanto Forest Park and the Tagus River. This new development has already reached 70% of commercialisation and has involved an investment of 35 million euros.
The project, designed by the Portuguese architect Miguel Saraiva, includes a 13-storey building with 40 homes with between three and five bedrooms. These have terraces of between 42 and 230 sqm, interior areas of 170 to 351 sqm and an avant-garde architectural design. Prices range from 685,000 euros to 1.9 million euros.
The use of advanced sustainability and energy efficiency techniques results in a significant reduction of CO2 emissions and lower energy demand. In addition, the residential complex includes complete communal areas such as swimming pool, natural solarium, among others. The location offers easy access to the main roads (CRIL, CREL, A5) and quick access to the centre of the capital, Chiado, Belém, Estoril, Cascais, Praia de Carcavelos and the airport.
Following its first development in Portugal, Residences Miraflores, the company is increasing its commitment to the Portuguese market with a range of new, sustainable and contemporary design homes. Raúl Guerrero, CEO of Gestilar, has declared that ‘the expectation generated in the market can be explained by the excellent location and the high quality of the project’.
The developer, founded in 2009, is a real estate developer focused on new homes, with services such as Build to Rent, cooperatives (Cooper by Gestilar) and property renovation (Homes by Gestilar). Since 2019 it has its own construction company. It has offices in Madrid, Galicia, Catalonia, Andalusia, Balearic Islands and Lisbon.
