Now in its eighth edition, SQUARE has established itself as one of the most distinctive gatherings in the European real estate calendar. More think tank than traditional conference, the event brings together senior industry leaders, investors, developers, advisors and entrepreneurs for two days of high-level discussions focused on the structural forces reshaping real estate and the broader global environment.
This year’s programme reflects many of the themes currently dominating strategic conversations across the industry: geopolitical fragmentation, artificial intelligence, data centres, demographic shifts, technological disruption, entrepreneurship and the future direction of capital allocation and urban development.
The agenda combines international perspectives with senior industry voices from organisations including Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Digital Realty, Nvidia, Merlin Properties, Generali Real Estate, Eastdil Secured, Cabify and Clikalia, among others.
Among the highlights of the programme is a dedicated session exploring AI and digital infrastructure with Andy Power, President & CEO of Digital Realty, Rod Evans, EMEA Vice President at Nvidia, and Ismael Clemente, CEO of Merlin Properties, focused on the growth trajectory of data centres and the infrastructure demands behind artificial intelligence.
Geopolitics will also take centre stage through a session featuring Admiral (ret.) Rob Bauer, former Chair of NATO’s Military Committee, analysing how conflict, defence priorities and global instability are increasingly influencing markets, capital flows and long-term investment decisions.
Other sessions will address the evolution of cities and special economic zones, the role of technology in transforming real estate operations and consumer behaviour, and how a new generation of entrepreneurs and investors is approaching strategy, resilience and value creation.
