Trajano sold the asset Plataforma Logística de Zaragoza (Zaragoza’s Logistic Platform) – Plaza for 58 million euro, according to the information it provided to BME Growth. The REIT had been negotiating the transfer of its portfolio with a UBS real estate fund for months.
Platform Plaza has a gross area of more than 72.000 sqm and a 100% occupancy rate. Trajano paid around 43 million euro in 2016 for these assets, which generate annual revenues in terms of rents of around 10 million euro.
The REIT managed by Deutsche Bank and with renowned family offices amongst its shareholders, closed 2020 with a 1.6 million euro net profit. Its regular revenues reached 14.8 million euro.
The REIT’s results during 2020 can hardly be compared to those of 2019. First, due to the impact of the crisis, but also because in 2019 the real estate company sold, in July, the 13.400 sqm Parque Empresarial Isla de Manoteras (Isla de Manoteras Business Park), located in Madrid, for 62.8 million euro.
