The remodeling will be twofold. One part of the it will affect an old 11.000 sqm supermarket, where ASG plans to build a new 3.000 sqm Mercadona supermarket, and twenty shops from different sectors. Perfume and cosmetics company Primor will occupy one of those shops.
The second part of the remodeling consists in modernizing the building, by improving the common areas, air conditioning, accessibility and signage among others.
The remodeling of the Ruta de la Plata shopping centre, which is owned by ASG, should be finished by the end of the year
