Hampton by Hilton Barcelona Fira Gran Vía will operate as a franchise from Borealis Hotel Group, who signed a long term leasing contract to operate the new hotel. ASG will build the premises in front of Fira de Barcelona, in the Plaza Europa business district. The construction works for the hotel have already started and are expected to finish by the third quarter of 2021. The project contemplates a total investment of around 40 million euro.
