According to Eje Prime, the assets are located in the secondary areas of six different cities in Spain: Bilbao, Valencia, Badalona, Zaragoza, Alicante and Palma de Mallorca.
With this divestment, the wholesale food distribution company will be able to obtain capital to make new investments in the future.
