The new asset will have 12.000 sqm and the agreement establishes a 10 year lease.
According to Cínco Días, this is one more step in Merlin’s strategy to increase its logistic portfolio. It now has 40.000 sqm in the Zaragoza area. Within the next 2 years, the company intends to go from 1.9 to 2.9 million sqm in logistic areas in Spain.
