CBRE advised this deal. For Fernando Corrales, Industrial and Logistic director at CBRE Málaga, «this is one of the year’s most representative industrial and logistic operations in Malaga». He considered that this operation «highlights the consolidation of Malaga as a focus for industrial interest», quoted Diario Sur.
