The logistic complex which will require the larger share of the investment (60 million euro) is the Delin Logistic Park South Madrid, located in Illescas, Toledo. The remaining 40 million euro will be directed towards the construction of the Alcalá East Madrid Park, a complex composed of two warehouses with a total area of 53.000 sqm.
It was taking into account the current lack of offer on logistic warehouses, that Delin Property – which has been operating in Spain since 2016 – decided to go through with this investment. These new assets should offer the opportunity of leasing smaller units, which for José Espinoza, the company’s general manager for Spain, allows the company «to satisfy the needs of more tenants».
