Genesis purchased shopping centre Sevilla Factory, estimated at 15 million euro from Harwood, a subsidiary of REIT Gore Spain Holdings.
Genesis was advised by Zurbarán Abogados and Lap Retail and Harwood by Cliford Chance and Savills Aguirre Newman.
This complex, located at Dos Hermanas (Seville), has 20.000 sqm, 16.289 of which are GLA. It also offers 1.200 parking spots and has an annex oriented towards the development.
