The company installed its development research centre in the building, on a single tenant rental operation, occupying a private gross area of 3.628 sqm above the ground. The building also offers 116 parking spots.
The refurbishment of the building was carried out during last year and allowed it to be classified as a Class A building.
Ana Rita Figueiras, associate director at Finangeste, commented in a release that «the refurbishment and keeping the building’s original use were a result of Finangeste’s commercial real estate investment strategy which it will keep developing not only in Lisbon but also in Porto. We intend to build a high-quality portfolio which measures up to the demands of its current occupants. The Barbosa du Bocage 85 is an example of the work we want to keep developing and which will allow us to accommodate the most demanding international companies».
JLL was one of the partners in placing this office building. Alphalink was responsible for managing the project and Tétris for the refurbishment and fit-out works. CBRE will be the company in charge of the building’s Facility Management.
Barbosa du Bocage 85 was acquired in 2018 from Seguradoras Unidas, a purchase included in the Centauro portfolio.
