The building has 11 floors above ground and a 6.400 sqm gross buildable area. It was acquired by Finangeste in 2017 and was since deeply refurbished.
During the refurbishment process, Tetris was in charge of the architecture (together with architect Capinha Lopes) and the construction works. The building’s interiors and fit-out were the responsibility of Openbook and architect Rodrigo Sampayo. The project management and other technical expertise were carried out by Meridian Stripes. JLL was responsible for marketing the asset.
For Finangeste’s board, «this was one more contribution towards the refurbishment and upgrading to class A of a prime building within Lisbon’s CBD, which has greatly improved the quality office offer in this prestigious area of national economic activity».
