This is a 10.5 million euro project resulted the recover of 5 unfinished buildings, featuring 73 new dwellings, gardens, swimming pool, shops and services. Half the dwellings have already been reserved and the commercial spaces will be marketed during the second stage of the project.
«This project was developed in line with a new urban strategy being implemented in this area within Caldas das Rainha, seeking to add value. It is integrated into an area with supermarkets, hotel, hospital and one gym», stated Paul Henri Schelfhout, Administrator at Finangeste.

Trindade Domus is the latest investment in Porto
At the end of June, already during the pandemic, Finangeste concluded the purchase of Trindade Domus, in Porto, from Substância Numérica. As confirmed to Iberian Property / Vida Imobiliária, this «operation was a joint venture with a reference British institutional co-investor» and represented a 40.5 million euro investment
