The operation was confirmed to Iberian Property by Finangeste, which, in a joint venture operation with a reference institutional co-investor located in the United Kingdom, purchased one of the most iconic office and commerce buildings in Porto for 40.5 million euro. The seller was Substância Numérica, a real estate company.
Located in downtown Porto, next to the Metro station and a few minutes away from Aliados, Trindade Domus has an above ground area of around 20.000 sqm, with around 12.150 sqm spread across its five floors for office use, a 7.900 sqm commercial gallery and 496 parking spots.
This is one of the largest direct investment operations within the office market ever in Porto, confirming the growing attractiveness of the Porto office market amongst investors, who follow the city’s consolidation as a preferred destination for multinational companies to install themselves.
