In the 34.000 sqm where the current factory stands, the company plans to build an industrial complex together with Barcelona Housing System (BHS), a company specialized in constructing industrial buildings with the latest technology.
The new industrial centre, which should have warehouses and offices, will be focused on the industrialized production of dwellings.
With a 15 million euro initial investment, the new factory should be able to produce around 500 dwellings per year. According to Eje Prime, Cnbm group’s intention will be to increase production to 4.000 dwellings per year.
