These logistic assets will be sold directly to companies or real estate investors, who will be able to decide their warehouses’ areas. According to Eje Prime, each warehouse will be between 924 sqm and 25.900 sqm.
For now, the company waits for the license from the municipality to begin the construction works. It predicts that at the latest, by the end of 2020 the construction of the complex will be finished.
The amount of this investment is not yet known.
