The real estate company’s spokesman tells Cinco Días newspaper that Colonial’s team is «starting a new logistic portfolio study stage, in which all alternatives are possible». The possibility of not selling this portfolio is also on the table.
The logistic assets belonging to this portfolio are spread out throughout the Spanish territory, in Madrid, Guadalajara, Tarragona and Seville. They are part of a Colonial portfolio that reached in 2018 11.348 million euro.
