The socimi will be debuted in the next few days in the stock exchange with a valuation of €43 million, at a price of €0.93 per share.
Currently, the company manages a portfolio comprising four dwellings buildings, divided between Madrid and Barcelona. In addition, and is completing the purchase of eight more properties in the Catalan capital for €50.3 million. The plans are to build a portfolio of between twenty and thirty residential buildings in the coming years.
The socimi of the American and the Spanish fund is specialized in buildings of more than one hundred years, so all of them are submitted to a process of renewal.
