Single Home will maintain its majority shareholding in this joint venture, which will include a residential project estimated at more than 200 million euro, to which will be added a further 450 million euro in the next few years.
Finca Corterín has an area of 215 hectares where a hotel, a golf course and luxury apartments and villas are being built. According to Expansión, the idea is to invest in new exclusive apartments and villas, with «unique services in the area, high quality design and scenic views over the sea and golf courses» explain the partners.
Javier López Granados, president of Single Home, explains that this alliance with the investment funds will allow Single Home to consolidate and finance this residential project and start others with around 50 hectares.
