Hana will partner with institutional investors who wish to differentiate and improve their assets covering the growing demand for flexible office spaces. Thus, Hana will design, built and operate the facilities and services and take part in the financial success of each of its facilities.
Hana will operate as a branch from CBRE and starting in 2019, it will be the third component in the company’s real estate investment business. Hana’s team will be directed by Andrew Kupiec, Hana’s executive director, who joined CBRE since Zipcar in 2017, and Scott Marshall, president and development manager of Hana, who had previously been in charge of CBRE’s investors’ rental services in América.
