The information is given to Expansión by market sources, according to which the transaction, which was accompanied by CBRE, should be closed this week. It’s one more asset that AEW buys in Spain, after having bought the Fuencarral market in August for €50 million.
The Planetocio was built in 2001, and has a total of 19,222 m2 and 797 parking spaces. Refurbished between 2009 and 2012, the center closed last year with 3 million visitors.
