Its goal is mainly to increase its current 28 asset portfolio to 100 assets, advances Eje Prime. In the first semester alone, the company has already acquired five new buildings in a 3.4 million euro investment.
The company which is specialised in the senior residences segment – which started being listed at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil in January – has already concluded a 15 million euro capital increase. And it does not rule out a second capital increase operation.
