The business was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the sponsor, Elegant Offices, of the Martinhal Group, which is sure to be the biggest operation of this type recorded in Portugal, with a total of 17,400 m² above ground.
Signed by the Portuguese architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, the project marks the launch of the Martinhal Group, specialising in the tourist market, in the development of an office building, which should be ready by 2020.
