The initiative is from Venezuelan entrepreneur Miguel Ángel Capriles, also adviser at Abanca. Agartha Coworking & Coliving Socimi will be listed under the name Agartha Real Estate Socimi in this year’s first semester, as confirmed by sources close to the operation to EjePrime.
The REIT will own the assets and Agartha Capital will be in charge of managing them.
