AEDAS Homes’s first industrial development: Merian is launched in the market

AEDAS Homes’s first industrial development is already in the market. The company started marketing Merian, in Torrejón de Ardoz, a project with which the developer starts the AEDAS OffSite (OS) Homes line of business and positions itself as a leader in large scale residential development industrialisation in Spain.

The developer has put for sale 10 single-family 3 to 4 bedroom terraced houses with areas starting at 197 sqm on the ground floor, first floor and basement starting at 370.000 euro. The houses have the highest levels of comfort and efficiency and are certified BREEAM and energy rated A.
