The real estate company already has 98% of the permits needed for the construction works for next year, and it can thus boost its mid term business plan, reaching in 2022 3.000 dwellings handed over annually.
Between July and October 2018 alone, the company handed over 992 dwellings, for a gross amount of 317 million euro. Since 2017, it launched 3.982 dwellings in the market, more than 1.460 million euro, states EjePrime.
