The residencial complex South Bay, is located in the Seghers area, the first 47 villas should already be ready in December 2019.
This is not Aedas’s first investment in this municipality. At the beginning of March, the company announced a €35 million investment in Vanian Valley, a residencial complex which will include 53 premium villas.
In the future, the company plans to keep investing. It is in its plans building 300 villas in the Costa del Sol.
