During the first 11 months of sales, Aedas Homes has brought to the market about 40 projects and almost 2,000 houses in the provinces of Madrid, Seville, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Balearic Islands and Malaga (Costa del Sol). Thus, the promoter has a sales ratio that is above 50% of its offer.
The average price of company’s houses, aimed at a demand of medium and high profile, is around €330,000.
The prediction of the promoter for 2018 is to close this year with 70 promotions underway and a total showcase of around 4,000 houses. This increase in the number of projects will accelerate the balance of sales of Aedas Homes, which estimates that during this year it will close around 1,500 operations and reach a sales ratio of over 60%.
Aedas Homes will deliver its first houses -more than 200 units- during the second half of 2018 and expects its activity and business to reach a cruising speed starting in 2022, a year in which it will begin to market and deliver more than 3,000 houses per year.
