Spanish investor group acquires Los Prados shopping gallery in Oviedo

The complex has a gross lettable area of 39,000 sqm, of which around 15,000 sqm correspond to the Carrefour hypermarket and 24,000 sqm to the gallery now purchased, spread over three floors.
