Inmoking, a real estate investment consultancy belonging to the JJ Matriz Capital group, is promoting the development of two commercial parks in Tavernes de la Valldigna and La Nucia, in the Valencian Community.
The project in Tavernes de la Valldigna is called Parque Comercial La Valldigna and has a surface area of 17,700 square metres, with a planned construction area of 6,500 square metres. The site plans to include a car park for 250 vehicles and is located at the main entrance to the town, with access via the Cv-50. Construction is scheduled for the last quarter of 2023, with opening scheduled for the end of 2024. To date, 60% of the space is leased, with the expectation of 100% occupancy at the start of construction.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT IN LA NUCIA, VALENCIAN COMMUNITY.
The project in La Nucia will occupy a plot of 21,600 square metres, with a construction area of 10,000 square metres. It is designed on two levels and will have parking capacity for 420 vehicles. It will be located at the entrance to the Ciudad del Deporte. The leasing process is expected to start in September, with construction starting in the first quarter of 2024 and the inauguration in the first quarter of 2025.
The total investment earmarked for these projects is 25 million euros. They are financed by a Valencian family office. JJ Matriz Capital will oversee the development, while Inmoking will be in charge of the development aspects. IKS (Inmoking Servicios Técnicos y Constructivos) will manage the technical and legal issues.
