Auchan moves to acquire Alegro Setúbal shopping centre

This planned acquisition follows the purchase, in 2024, of Alegro Sintra by Tiekenveen alongside Castellana Properties, further strengthening Auchan’s footprint in Portugal’s shopping centre market.
