These homes, that will be promoted together with Locare, are an addition to the more than 1,300 units under development that Tectum already has in different Madrid municipalities. The development of El Cañaveral will have the character of Housing with Public Protection for Leasing (VPPA) and its rents will be subject to a maximum monthly amount set by the Community of Madrid.
The development, which will occupy around 12,000 sqm, will house homes with one, two and three bedrooms with the option of a storage room, garage space and common spaces. In addition, the building will have more than 800 sqm that will be used for commercial use.
