Pryconsa buys 92,000 sqm of land in Palma to develop 717 homes

Pryconsa has acquired a volume of building land in Palma divided into different plots, totalling 92,686 square metres, with capacity for the construction of 717 homes, according to a press release sent by the company.

On the one hand, Pryconsa has been awarded plot M4.1 contributed to the Strategic Land Reserve RES 47/08 Son Güells, which will entitle the award of a resulting plot, intended for affordable housing and free housing, with a total buildable area of 6,868 square metres where 64 homes can be built.

On the other hand, the developer has acquired the six registered properties that make up the Strategic Land Reserve RES 76/01 Son Bordoy, thus resuming the pending processing of the necessary management instruments that will conclude with the creation of new plots of land.

In total, they will represent a buildable area of 85,818 square metres, of which 70,219 metres will be for residential use for 653 dwellings, both free and publicly subsidised and at a fixed price, and the rest will be for commercial use, to be materialised in two plots for exclusive use.

Once the urbanisation processes currently underway have been completed, both plots will have a total buildable volume of 92,686 square metres, of which 77,087 metres will be for residential use for the construction of 717 dwellings, both free and publicly subsidised and at an affordable price, as well as 15,599 metres for commercial use.
