Pryconsa and Desarrollos Kanaloa have begun their property development activities in Cartagena through the joint venture Cartagena Homes, with which they are planning a large-scale residential project in the city. Marketing will be handled by Excent, a company belonging to the Aliseda group.
The project involves the construction of more than 450 homes within a gated community located 10 minutes from the centre of Cartagena. Due to its size, the project will be carried out in phases, with the pre-marketing process already underway, according to the companies.
The complex will include shared common areas, including swimming pools for adults and children, an outdoor sports area, a gym, children's play areas, community rooms, social spaces, a co-working area and a social club.
The homes will range from one to four bedrooms and will incorporate energy-efficient solutions such as solar energy, controlled mechanical ventilation and aerothermal systems.
