The Pryconsa Group, through its subsidiary Prygesa, has completed an expansion operation in the Valencian Community with the acquisition of several plots of land for the development of more than 2,500 homes, both social housing and private housing. The company is thus entering new areas of activity in one of the most active residential markets in the country.
The purchases have been formalised in different municipalities along the Mediterranean coast and will give rise to the following developments. In Jávea (Alicante), 270 homes are planned to be built in an area with high residential demand. In the La Torre neighbourhood (Valencia city), 280 public housing units and 200 free market homes will be built, one of the largest developments within the municipal area.
In San Juan de Alicante, Prygesa will develop 150 private homes, intended as first and second residences in a well-established and well-connected area. In the city of Alicante, the operation includes 350 private homes and 150 social housing units, forming a large complex that will be integrated into the existing urban fabric.
The company has also acquired land in Canet d'en Berenguer, where it plans to develop 180 private homes, and in Gandía, with a project that will reach 500 homes in an expanding market. Finally, in Sagunto, 374 social housing units and 240 private homes will be developed in a municipality marked by the implementation of large industrial and logistics investments.
The company plans to activate these developments progressively between 2025 and 2027, depending on the processing of each area. According to the management of the Pryconsa Group, the Valencian Community is "one of the areas with the greatest potential in the country", and the incorporation of these plots of land allows it to move forward with a strategy that combines private and social housing in municipalities with high residential demand.
