Momentum has started the construction in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) of the build to rent development Las Jaras de Cabanillas, a project of 87 semi-detached single-family homes with private garden, communal areas and communal swimming pool. This is a turnkey development for an institutional investor in which MOMENTUM has invested 20 million euros. The construction company is Avintia and the works are expected to be completed in January 2025.
The size of the plots of the homes ranges from 180 to 260 square metres and the homes have a built area of between 147 and 177 square metres. The development will be enclosed by a perimeter fence with access control and concierge service and will have communal areas, a swimming pool with night lighting, a children's play area and landscaped areas for living and strolling.
The development is located in Mondéjar street, opposite the "Elena de la Cruz Park", in a consolidated area of Cabanillas del Campo, which has a wide range of shopping, sports, cultural and leisure facilities. It is well connected by road, just ten minutes from the Guadalajara Renfe train station, and very close to the industrial, business and commercial estates of the "Corredor del Henares", and also to Madrid via the A2 and the R2, which guarantees a high quality of life for future owners.
