Mome has partnered with Revive, a Belgian real estate investment platform, to acquire a plot of land in Amial, Porto, where a large-scale residential development will be built. The transaction was carried out on behalf of the Revive Impact Fund, managed by Revive Fund Management.
The project foresees a construction area of around 33,000 square metres and more than 400 housing units, representing an investment exceeding €140 million. Aimed at families and local residents, the future development is set to strengthen the city’s housing supply and drive urban regeneration in one of Porto’s emerging districts.
The development is currently in the planning and design phase, and construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026, once the necessary stages have been completed.

The development aims to provide a variety of typologies adapted to the evolving needs of families, young professionals and long-term residents. The focus will be on accessibility, sustainability and community integration, in line with Mome and Revive's development philosophies.
