Metrovacesa has completed the construction of Villas del Garbí, a residential project comprising 25 detached single-family homes in Bétera (Valencia). The total investment amounts to €11.15 million.
The homes, spread over two floors, have four bedrooms, three bathrooms and floor areas starting at 180 sqm. They are located on plots of between 500 and 630 sqm, all with private gardens and swimming pools. The complex is located next to the Torre en Conill Norte residential development and the Escorpión Golf Club, about 20 minutes from Valencia and close to the Sierra Calderona mountains.
Each unit has offered customisation options in finishes and materials through a pre-delivery selection system.
According to the company, all homes have an A energy rating for consumption and CO₂ emissions. The project incorporates aerothermal systems for air conditioning and domestic hot water, as well as cross ventilation. In addition, it has been awarded the Green Seal and has undergone a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
The development is located close to the AP-7 and CV-35 motorways, as well as educational and healthcare centres, public transport and shopping areas.
