The land acquired has a buildable area of over 6,000 sqm and is located in the Les Termes neighbourhood, a stone's throw from Avenida Barbera, the main widening of Sabadell. All the apartments built there will have terraces, "so that buyers have an outdoor space in their own home," the developer specified.
With this new project, Habitat Inmobiliaria strengthens its presence in the province of Barcelona and enters the city of Sabadell, a nucleus that is also experiencing growing residential development in recent years.
