Habitat Inmobiliaria invests €36M to build 100 homes in Madrid

Habitat Inmobiliaria will invest 36 million euros in a land that it has just acquired in Tres Cantos, Madrid. The space, of more than 9,000 sqm and a buildable area of more than 11,000 sqm, will allow the developer to build around 96 homes.

The new development will be located between Avenida de Juan Pablo II and Carmen Pinós, Santiago de Calatrava and Enric Miralles streets, 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. In addition, it is very close to one of the attractions of Tres Cantos, the Madrid Content City project, an audiovisual hub and entertainment science campus.

The area has services such as schools, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and ten minutes from the Autonomous University of Madrid. The green areas also have a leading role, as the development will be near the new Parque Norte.

“The incorporation of a new land in Madrid strengthens our wide range of more than 1,000 homes in the Community. It is a very attractive area, which we are sure will be very well received with a housing development that will respond to the new needs demanded by the market. This promotion will be one of our novelties at the next SIMA ”, says José Carlos Saz, CEO of Habitat Inmobiliaria.
