Exxacon Smart Living has launched Living Arganda, a new residential development in the Madrid municipality of Arganda del Rey, with an investment of over €25 million. The complex will consist of 88 homes spread over 7,362 m² of built area, with one, two and three-bedroom layouts, including a garage and the option to purchase a second parking space or storage room.
The project includes communal areas such as a swimming pool for adults, another for children, a fully equipped gym and a children's play area in an enclosed enclosure.
The development is located in the south-east of the Community of Madrid, in an area with extensive green spaces and access to educational, health and commercial centres, as well as connections via Metro line 9, intercity buses and the A-3 and M-300 motorways. It is located about 20 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and Atocha Station, and half an hour from the centre of the capital.
Living Arganda is part of Exxacon's expanded business plan, which envisages a total investment of €700 million between 2023 and 2032, with plans to develop more than 1,000 homes during that period.
With this launch, the developer now has three active developments and one under development in the Community of Madrid, with a cumulative investment of more than €105 million.
